A monkey from Uttar Pradesh, India, magically became rich after stealing a bag with a large sum of money.

The animal was caught on camera just at the moment when the monkey took away a bag with 150,000 rupees (approximately 2,000 dollars). The footage shows that it first checked the luggage on all parked motorcycles and as soon as it found the treasure, it took it for itself.

The bag belonged to the motorcycle owner Sharafat Hussain, who came to the registration office to complete a purchase agreement. While he was inside the office, a clever monkey approached the motorcycle.

As soon as the man rushed out to the street, chaos ensued. How to track down the animal?!

Fortunately, after much effort and pursuit, the monkey was spotted sitting in a tree. The crowd managed to retrieve the bag with the money, which was intact and undamaged.

The district administration acknowledged that there is currently a big problem with wild monkeys that are not afraid to interact with people and often act aggressively. Local authorities intend to hire a team to capture and relocate the animals to the jungle.
