Why do cats enjoy waking people up early in the morning: at least three reasons.

Why does a pet wake up its owners early in the morning?

The long-awaited weekend has arrived, and everyone in the household is counting on getting a good night’s sleep. However, the cat strongly disagrees with this decision and takes it upon herself to wake up the entire family early in the morning.

She meows discontentedly, taps her owner’s face with her paw, and positions her five-kilogram body on the sleeping person’s chest. Meanwhile, she starts singing songs, kneading the blanket with her paws, and digging her sharp claws into it.

What is so important to her early in the morning? Experts believe that the main reason for such behavior is hunger. The cat simply wants to eat, and the food in her bowl has run out. Boredom takes second place. The pet is awake and has nothing to occupy herself with.

And in third place is vigilance. The pet doesn’t understand why the whole family was jumping around like crazy at six in the morning all week, but today they are peacefully sleeping. From the cat’s perspective, the usual routine has been disrupted, and that’s not right. It’s urgent to inform the owner about this.
